• Friday After 12 PM Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday (or the next business day if it’s a holiday).

• United States: 2-5 business days after shipment.
• International: 10-15 business days after shipment.

Mink Envy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a $4 return label fee will be charged per order for refunds and exchanges.

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something else, you can use our return & exchange platform to check availability and initiate an exchange. However, please be aware that clearance or discounted defect collection products and digital products such as eBooks are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Package? No worries! We have partnered with ROUTE Package Protection to offer shipping protection during checkout. In the event that you decide to remove it from your order, please be aware that you are waiving protection of your order and in the event that any issues arise, only the postal carrier will be able to provide resolution.
