Closed Saturday and Sunday. Please use our 24/7 website Chat in the meantime. All EMAILS will be responded to within 48 business hours. If longer, please resend email. 
  • All Mink Lashes are Hand made and not Machine manufactured, Lashes¬†may vary sometimes in uniqueness due to this delicate process.

    Processing & Shipping times

    • All orders ship within 3 business days. (WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED) Sales/Holidays may add an extra day due to increase in sales. Once it ships you'll recieve email confirmation. If your email address is incorrect you will not receive any notifications, also check your spam folder for our emails as sometimes they do go there. Once processed and shipped, Actual Shipping time is 2 to 4 days for USA.¬†International Shipping is 7 to 30 days. If you haven't received or found a tracking number after 4 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday and Holidays) please let us know.

    Refunds

    • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products.¬†If an item may be considered defective, please email Info@minkenvylashes.com¬†indicating your Name, Order Number, and Photos/Videos of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective by Mink Envy Lashes, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.¬†

      ‚ÄĘ Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.

    • ENVY DOLLS BOUTIQUE JEWELRY ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES. PLEASE READ JEWELRY DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING.

    Lost and returned packages

    • If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Mink Envy Lashes¬†is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we are happy to assist you.¬†If your order did not come, please contact USPS and provide the tracking number and explain to them your delivery issue. They will be able to assist better. Sometimes USPS may mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day. If your issue still is not resolved after contacting USPS. Please provide us your order number and USPS case number at Minkenvybyash@gmail.com .¬†
